Step 1 : Contact
Usually our clients will already know someone who has had dealings with Brynmôr Interiors, however this is not a prerequisite, just contact us via telephone or email to have a brief discussion about the type of service required. We will happily have an informal chat at the showroom about your requirements, your wish list, likes and dislikes and if necessary at that stage arrange to make a visit to your property. If possible we will take detailed measurements of the area in question. We are also well versed in working from Architects Drawings if it’s a new build or extension.
Step 2 : Visualising your Brief
After the first meeting, we will arrange for a mutually convenient time for you to come and view our Design and Quotation at the showroom (or at your home in certain circumstances). We use the latest Colour and 3D modelling computer technology to do this and we are told is immeasurable in the aid to helping our clients visualise their new Kitchen/living room and making their decisions.
Step 3 : Site Check, Final Design and Deposit
We will return to check final measurements (an absolute necessity with new builds and extensions) and make any necessary amendments to the design if needed. The Final design is then signed off by you the client and a deposit is paid. We are always available to liaise with your Builders, Plumbers, Electricians or any other trades you may have working on your project.
Step 4 : Ordering Your Kitchen
We send off detailed drawings directly to the factory to start the building of your new kitchen. A production schedule is then returned to us from the manufacturer and we liaise with you or your trades as to when your new kitchen we be delivered. We will also supply a set of detailed working drawings for your builders, electricians etc, so that they are all aware of what is being made and where it is positioned in the new design. Any queries they may have they can ask us directly.
Step 5 : Installation
We arrange for the delivery of the Furniture and Appliances to be delivered professionally to the site, within a time scale that suits your installation team. If you have opted to use one of our recommended installation teams, then we will make several visits to the site during the installation and will project manage the other trades (where applicable) as necessary. This enables you to carry on with normal life without the hassle and inconvenience of co-ordinating these elements yourself.
